1. Avoid frequent switching
On the one hand, don't turn on and turn off the power to your gas boiler too often. Under normal standby conditions, the wall-hung boiler will only consume part of the electricity to protect the normal operation of the system and ensure safe use without consuming gas and water.
On the other hand, when taking a bath, we should try to minimize the switching of the hot water faucet. Every time it is switched on and off, the wall-hung boiler will repeatedly stop, self-check, and ignite, resulting in an increase in energy consumption.
2. Pay attention to changes in water pressure
Affected by thermal expansion and cold contraction, the water pressure of the wall-hung boiler will fluctuate in summer, and the normal range is between 1 bar and 1.5 bar. If the pressure is too low, you need to add water in time
3. Do not adjust the water temperature with cold water
Some users worry that the temperature of the hot water outlet is too high, and may use the mixing valve to adjust, but doing so will lead to a smaller flow of hot water in the wall-hung boiler, and abnormal changes in water flow and water pressure. The main engine will turn off or the water flow becomes hot and cold, which affects the comfort of hot water use. If you want to adjust the appropriate water temperature, it is recommended to set it directly through the control panel to avoid mixing with cold water.
4. Keep the system full of water
When using the gas boiler in summer, you should also keep the system full of water to ensure normal water pressure, because the gas boiler is a closed system. If it is drained, the gas boiler will most likely not start due to low water pressure. At the same time, full water maintenance can also avoid the formation of scale in the heating system, which will affect the heating efficiency and increase the gas cost.
