Failure cause and analysis

　　Phenomenon 1. The water pump does not start.

　　Failure analysis:

　　1. The exhaust valve of the water pump is not being opened and vented during water injection.

　　2. There is no need for indoor temperature,

　　3. The voltage is too low,

　　4. Short circuit inside the water pump,

　　5. The external wiring is loose,

　　6. The connecting line is broken or the connector is not connected properly.

　　7. The water pump is stuck.

　　Phenomenon 2: There is a "click" sound

　　1. No water idling for a long time,

　　2. Solid impurities enter the water pump,

　　3. Leaf breakage.

　　Water pump maintenance

　　1. Use the large screw to unscrew the screw on the top of the water pump. Then use suitable screws to loosen the inner shaft slowly, and after the jamming phenomenon disappears, then tighten the outer screw.

　　2. Many boilers have the "locking" function of the waterproof pump that comes with the system. When the water, electricity and gas connection is normal, the water pump will automatically run once every set period of time to prevent the occurrence of "locking". If there is no one at home for a long time, just adjust the boiler to low temperature operation. Do not disconnect the water and electricity, and ensure that the water pump in the system runs without hindrance.

　　After a non-heating season, the heating pipe of the boiler is likely to produce rust and impurities after microbial precipitation. The water pump is a precise component inside the boiler. These impurities are easy to hinder the operation of the water pump, causing it to become stuck, increase the noise or even damage it. The ideal solution is to release and clean the water in the heating pipe when it is used in winter, and then install a filter with a finer mesh at the return port of the boiler, and clean up the dirt in time.

　　Scale is the main factor that causes problems for many boilers. Scale can penetrate into every water-passing area inside the water pump, wear the water pump during operation, generate noise, and seriously cause the water pump to get stuck or burn out. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean and descale the boiler.
